HALO Chesterfield Ltd is the engineering and manufacturing company behind the HALO Performance and HALO Brakes brands.
Built on a foundation of automotive engineering, performance vehicle development and precision CNC machining, we combine practical experience with modern manufacturing capabilities to design, manufacture and supply components to customers throughout the UK.
Whether manufacturing our own brake discs and performance products, carrying out vehicle upgrades and workshop services, or supporting customers with specialist engineering projects, everything we do is driven by a passion for engineering and performance.
One-Off Parts
Have your one-off parts machined from your design
That’s right, we can cnc machine one-off’s we don’t have minimum order quantities (MOQ’s) like some machine shops, we simply price based on time and materials.
High Speed machining
Our highly capable CNC machining centres combine powerful spindles with high-speed rapid movements, allowing us to manufacture components efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances and consistent quality.

We offer precision laser marking for most metal components, including part numbers, batch numbers, serial numbers and company branding.

Auto Repairs! Were Not Just Precision Machinists.
HALO Engineering’s roots go back to the early 2000s, when our director established a specialist performance vehicle workshop. From routine servicing and engine overhauls to turbocharger conversions and ECU remapping, increasingly complex projects created a growing need for precision-engineered components.
When local machine shops could not meet the technical demands of these projects, we invested in our first CNC machining centre and brought this capability in-house.
Today, HALO Engineering combines practical engineering experience with modern CNC machining and CAD/CAM technology to deliver accurately manufactured components, prototypes and production parts engineered for real-world performance.
