HALO Chesterfield Ltd is a precision engineering CNC machining shop located in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, conveniently situated just a few minutes drive from J29 of the M1 motorway.

Our founder Paul began training as an automotive mechanic covering topics such as internal combustion engines petrol and diesel, gearbox's, electrical, braking and suspension systems at this time he worked for a well established family business within Chesterfield.
Paul left working for his family business and established his own company specialising in Japanese performance cars and other prestige marks from brands such as Ferrari and Porsche, he quickly grew a solid reputation for excellence.
Requirements for bespoke cnc machining drove Paul to invest in his first cnc vertical machining centre, this was a XYZ 710 VMC running the Siemens Shopmill software, after some brief training with XYZ Paul was up and running creating his first parts.
Due to his success in machining he decided to apply all efforts on machining and closed his vehicle workshop to open a specialised automotive brake system manufacturing business.
Since starting out in the cnc machining industry there was an increasing demand for the machining of components for a range of business sectors. Paul has experience working with Aerospace requirements that has a meticulous approach to precision and traceability, the knowledge gained through his career has given him a good footing to offer cnc machining to other industries producing parts for machine tool providers, the construction industry, rail and oil and gas.
HALO Chesterfield Ltd was formed as the parent business for our Precision Engineering and Automotive Parts business.
